The Restaurant

A reinvention of haute cuisine and fine wines for our 'Grandes Tables du Monde', by a passionate chef.

Every table offers a unique atmosphere. Its spacious decor is enhanced with paintings by artists such as Pierre Alechinsky, Antoni Tàpies, Tan Swie Han... The large bay windows open unto two outdoor terraces, on the vineyard or on the garden. 

Reservations advised. Capacity of the restaurant up to 65 guests.
Beyond 30 guests, private hiring is required. 

Children are welcome.

The Executive Chef

Since April 2017, Julien Lefebvre has found his calling in the Médoc.  He is inspired by reading Escoffier and the discovery of local producers (caviar from Aquitaine, gambas and oysters from Saint-Vivien de Médoc, Faverolles poultry from Vertessec farm...)

As soon as 2018, he is awarded one Michelin star at Château Cordeillan-Bages and a Bib gourmand at Café Lavinal.

The Menu

Transporter of culinary emotions, Julien Lefebvre plays with traditions and experiments with regional ingredients. 

Menus include:
3-course Primeurs menu for 45€ (lunch only - served in one hour). 
3 or 4-course Millésimes menu from 75€ to 120€. 
7-course Equilibre menu for 155€. 

Children's menu at 20€. 
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free menus… on request.

The Cellar

With a wine list of 1,800 references, our head Sommelier Arnaud le Saux invites you to discover the region from Bordeaux Grands Crus to a fine selection of wines from elsewhere, including Champagne and Burgundy. 

This work of excellence allowed our restaurant to have featured in the Top 10 for France in the 'Tour des Cartes' 2018 competition, Palace and starred Restaurants category.
