The new Executive Chef

Starting 2017, the restaurant overseen by chef Julien Lefebvre.

Taking pride in the terroir, Julien Lefebvre was the obvious choice to take the reins of the restaurants for the Cazes family group, starting February 2017.

He shares the same sense of generosity and respect for the produce to take cuisine to new heights, as well as a sincere attachment to the region.
 
Aged 35, and Lisieux native, he was trained in Paris alongside Frédéric Anton at Le Pré Catelan*** before working with Mathieu Pacaud at Histoires**, Hexagone* and Le Divellec* as Executive Chef.
 

Gastronomic restaurant, one Michelin star

In a nature-inspired and uncluttered interior enhanced with contemporary art, take a culinary journey between land and sea, in the midst of the Medoc vineyards. 

Explore our wine list with over 1,800 references, which was selected amongst the Top 10 in France in 2018.

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, for lunch from 12pm to 1.45pm and for dinner from 7.30pm to 9pm. 

Smart attire. 

Pets are not welcome.

Bistro, one Bib gourmand

Café Lavinal is situated on the central square of the village of Bages, a few steps from the hotel.

Using local ingredients, our bistro offers market cuisine and outdoor dining in a friendly atmosphere.

Open from Monday to Saturday, for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, for bar service from 6pm to 7.30pm, and for dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Breakfast

A savory buffet breakfast by the vine, in the dining room or at the terrace, is the perfect way to start your day in Pauillac. Service from 7am to 10am, or until 11am in your room. Open to the public.

Indulge in a selection of fruit salads, homemade cakes, pastries, breads, pancakes, jams, eggs, cold cuts, salmon, cheese, hot and cold drinks... Extra for eggs with garnish.

Then, stroll down to the reception to arrange a vineyard tour, a day to the seaside, or a gourmet picnic with bikes.
